Foaming brush not working. Took me $21 to get it figured out and no attendant on site.

Gave them 5 star before but i don’t think they deserve anymore. They don’t wash good .

Paid $40 for a basic but still they did not do well.

This car wash sucks! The wash misses a ton of spot and the dry off service is terrible. They didn’t even have the dry off part of the wash I paid for. I get it’s hot out, but they have the ability to do it in the bays like they usually do. When I asked, they just said they weren’t doing it. When I said I paid for that service, they just said, too bad. They didn’t offer anything for getting ripped off

Nice in and out for a clean car

I came in this morning just to get the inside of my truck done and my mats washed out and the manager made sure they went above and beyond even cleaning extra on the way out making sure it was nice and clean, thank you again!

Staff was friendly, but the interior cleaning was a joke. Dirty water on the seats clearly hard surfaces hadn’t been wiped off. I would recommend looking elsewhere before wasting the money.

Never will go back. Canceling my membership. I go almost everyday. And never had an issue with getting scratched. I went to the Greenwood location and my truck got completely scratched. Manager on staff even said “you can tell those are fresh” but of course she couldn’t do anything. So she sent me to someone else. And “they can’t provide evidence that their machines did that”. So they are not covering damage. I have multiple pictures of truck before hand without a mark. I even just had the rockers repainted so there wouldn’t be much imperfections. Dustin at greenwood is a joke. And should be ashamed an established business can’t provide help for something their machines did to a loyal members property.

Workers were nice, however I don’t think the interior cleaning is worth what they ask for it. There’s many things that will still need to be touched up because they didn’t put the work into it. Good for a car wash, don’t recommend interior cleaning.

Avoid if you want anything more than the most basic wash, otherwise you're wasting your money. I got the full deal wash as well as the interior clean with the carpet and hard surface deep clean and it almost came out looking worse than it went in. At least it was uniformly dirty when I brought it. When I left there were random dirt streaks, fingerprints and scratches on the outside. Spots on the dash and console that were entirely missed while others were left shiny but greasy. The interior of the windshield was a streaky mess. Worse, it wasn't even busy enough when I went in to remotely justify a rush job! Needless to say it was a total waste of money and I won't be going back.

Came in for an exterior wash and interior detailing and left with a smile on my face. Bonus points for the fragrance! 10/10 would recommend!

Prime ran a deal that was explained as a buy one get one free car wash. I found out later that the receipt had signed me up for a membership. Since I signed the receipt, they refused to refund me, despite me not using the service at all during that time. While technically legal because, I signed the receipt, this was very misleading and sketchy.
