Elite wash, did not come clean the 1st time. They allowed me to go back through a second time without charge which I appreciated. I pointed out the back, however, after the 2nd time through it was still not clean. Van was not that dirty to begin with, to pay extra for the Elite wash this should be clean.
Staff was so nice and gave my dog a treat. No line woohoo

Decent wash but they never spray both sides before entering the wash, also you may or may not get tire shine even if you paid for it depends on who they have doing it
Had a full detail on my F150 February 16th, the young man did an incredible job! I didn't need to check anything, he had everything done to perfection!
Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior. My sister went to get her car detailed and the workers were body shaming customers and being extremely disrespectful to her. Will never get my car detailed here.

Worst car wash I have ever been to! I used to have no issues back when it first opened, but after my latest carwash on Feb. 15th, not only did I NOT receive a quality carwash, I left the property with undercarriage damage that has been filed in an Incident Report! Prime Car Wash chose NOT to pay for the damage their facilities caused due to a slew of bogus reasons, claiming the damage was caused by normal wear and tear! Jeff Young should be ASHAMED that this is how he is running his property, dodging any chance to provide a reasonable solution to an issue HIS PROPERTY caused to MY property! Stick to Crew Carwash!

I came to Prime CarWash for a full-body wax because they were the closest location in my area offering the long-lasting wax service I was looking for. The price was $89, which I felt was reasonable for the service, and I was willing to pay it. When I arrived, the employees were friendly and answered all my questions. The service itself was fairly quick, and when I got my car back, it looked great. I was happy with how the wax turned out and the overall appearance of my vehicle. I did notice that some of the employees appeared fairly young and seemed to spend a bit of time standing around talking and joking, but they were still polite and professional toward me. After I left, I realized a glove had been left inside my car. I called to let the manager know and asked if there was anything they could do about it. The response I received caught me off guard. The manager laughed and said, “Like what?”. I’m not the type of customer to argue, so I ended the call. I just felt it could have been handled a bit more professionally, especially since I had to clean up after the oversight. I was initially nervous because I saw several negative reviews beforehand, but overall, I was happy with the wax service itself. I just think there’s some room for improvement when it comes to attention to detail and handling customer concerns.
The guy Name GUNNAR is very rude and doesn’t do his work properly, he didn’t do initially spray intentionally!! And i pay for top tier plan!!
I have them a second chance, I feel like they don’t care about their customers. Will go bankrupt soon if they keep doing this.
